It's so interesting that you phrased your question "how do I alchemize my disappointment and anger," because the Thoth card I drew in response is indeed the card of alchemizing disappointment and anger, plus vengeance and seethe, and many other bitter, poisonous feelings and states besides. The Thoth image of the Prince of Cups is completely rendered in tones of blue, deep indigo and black. It shows a fearsome young man riding an eagle as he holds a cup aloft. A serpent uncoils itself from within the cup. There's a sense here of the lowest point in the midst of the highest, poison in the midst of medicine, the highest in the midst of the lowest, medicine in the midst of poison.
